Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need help selling a Duplex in Memphis

Anyone in the area know the RE market in Memphis? I need to sell this thing (2/1 both sides on a corner lot - one side rented the other is ready) and will price it 10K below market to blow it out - prolly around 55K. Please email if you are interested. I can also carry a second. The units rent for around $400/mo so as an investment it should cash flow. I just cant manage it from here.  [beer]
