I think it had a fork and a clock, as well as the typical flashlight, scope, laser, etc.

I need to show it to my wife to prove that I don't have too much stuff for my AR.

Obviously the first one is for amateurs, and the second for professionals.  See, with all the extra optics, you can have an entire squad verify the target and the kill.  No more guessing.....
