Any of you guys know where I can find local freq's for my police scanner ?

I just dug one out of my closet, and blew the dust off it...
Of course, it lost all the freq's that had been programmed in before...

I called the local Radio Shack, and the guy said I'd have to buy their "book" for $19.95...

I only need a few local Fire / Ambulance, and police frequencies...

Any Ideas ???

Thanks in advance...
