Mac huh? My condolences.

If you can get to a command line and type FTP you may be able to do it that way.

The Unix geek in me says to just use the FTP client on the command line, and to mumble under my breath about "kids these days."

The slightly less cranky side of me says to get RBrowser Lite.

Free?

A 66+ meg file is way too big of a file for any free hosting sites I'm aware of (never mind the bandwidth usage from people downloading it).

Best free hosting site is called Usenet/Newsgroups.
