I've got an 07 Silverado classic that I'd like to get a new multimedia stereo system for. I'm looking for something multimedia so I can play from USB or a flash drive, nothing expensive ($200 or less) because I just don't need an awesome system, with a backup camera since I can't see straight out the back whenever its raining or the camper shell glass is dirty, and even maybe with GPS built in. I looked at Walmart.com just for starters and was overwhelmed. Does anybody have an experience with one of these and have any suggestions?

Look at Crutchfield.com. You should be able to get a new head unit and back-up camera for just a bit over your price range (maybe 30-50 over)

I'm running an android unit I found on Amazon that does all that.  Not as refined as a nice pioneer unit but does everything and more.   Back up cam and syncs to my go pro wifi that I put in the back of the camper when hauling.  

Was a bit over double din and took some fitting but works fine,  sounds nice.   Controls can lag a hair  but for 250 I don't care. That's the only complaint I have.

Yep. You're talking about just what I'm looking for. I did find one on crutchfield for about $260-$270 that looks like it will work.
