I am in the process of getting a letter of compliance from my local zoning board so that I will have an easier time getting an FFL to run a small business from home.  One of the requirements of the zoning board is a detailed, to scale drawing of my home showing what areas will be used for the home business.  My problem is that I can not get ahold of any floorplans or blueprints to my home.  I have contacted the builder and they don't have them (house built in 1990).  I also contacted the county and city where I live and no one keeps these records more than a couple of years.  All I have is a site plan which shows the exterior dimensions of the foundation in relation to the street & property lines.

Is there any software (freeware or shareware) that I could use to put together something to satisfy zoning?  It doesn't have to be incredibly detailed, just a fair and accurate representation will suffice.  Any easy to use & simple CAD programs out there I could try?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
