This. Unless you're willing to go into the pro price range, the Tokinas are one of the best lenses for the price. I've heard the Sigma 10-20mm f/3.5 EX DC HSM is fantastic for the price, but I've never seen one in person to try out. That and I need faster lenses, so f/2.8 is the slowest I'll go for wide/ultrawide.
Seriously, those are fantastic for the money. The only reason I sold mine was I upgraded to the 14-24mm f/2.8 lens which is one of the best out there. Personally I'd eat the extra $100 or so and get the 11-20mm over the 11-16, but both are solid and f/2.8 works great for night shots.
