I like the rich neighbors. I have a sister in law that's that materialistic and picky. Every time the scene where they come in to a broken stereo and wet floor I mute it and quote the lines, substituting the SIL's and her husband's names. My wife laughs as hard as I do because she knows it's close to the truth.

"Why is the carpet all wet Troy?"
"I don't know, Kristy"
