Okay, this may be too tough.

One place I've heard it is in the 1993 movie Tombstone.  The tune plays when they're in the saloon watching the play and the woman actress, that Kurt Russells character has a crush on, comes out dressed up as Death.  Tombstones' soundtrack labels it as "Thespians Overture".  I don't think that's the real name though because internet searches can't find anything that's not Tombstone related.

I also heard it playing in a Mickey Mouse movie on TV the other week at a store.

Thanks!

AMHSix,

I believe the song you are looking for is "Danse Macabre, Op. 40" by Camille Saint-Saens.  I have a lot of soundtrack CD's, but this song is actually on my "Chiller" CD from Telarc International.  Erich Kunzel is the conductor on this CD.  Hope this helps out.
