Firefly -- one of the best (if not the best) TV SciFi series ever, and I *did* have to replace the DVD set because I gave the one I had to a buddy. Movie version coming out soon.

I just started watching this on the Sci-Fi channel on Friday nights. I haven't figuered out if they have picked it up as a new show or if they are just showing the few episodes that exist to drum up a following for the movie. So far I'm really enjoying it.
