Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - NY laws on 37mm flare launcher

I have a sale pending to a NY state resident and could not find anything on 37mm Flare Launchers in NY state when I did a search. I did find some other useful information, but I need to know if this item is legal in NY state. The 37mm Flare Launcher is currently attached to a pre-ban Colt SP1 that I plan to send to his FFL dealer.

Should I seperate the items or ship them attached?

Legal for the Flare launcher. We only use smoke grenades....
