If it were me, it would be a stock AR15
Colt LE series (either 6920, or 6721) Next best would be the Bushmaster M4 A3 as for extras............ ammo, mags, ammo, and mags  The jury is not only still out on the FN. In fact, when the jury shows up, it will still be out...

The FS-2000 looks very "space age."
But hey, this is AR15.com, so you know what most of us will say. My vote would be a Colt 6920, and an ACOG. |

I am getting an FS2000, but I already own an AR15.
To me personally the FS2000 will be only a toy, until I know I can trust it. But my AR15 has already earned its role as my SHTF rifle. So i'm going with the rifle I know, and trust. |

I voted FS-2000 simply because it would be something new, which to me would be more exciting than buying something I have already had.

See thats what i was thinking and if the fs-2000 gave me a lot of problems i Would just sell it...If the SHTF then where I work I could just grab one thats already tricked out. |

Honestly, the FN2000 is a fucking novelty... We it goes bang and all that. Nobody has adopted it, nor I bet will. FN is going to sell it to us/US because they developed it and need to try and make some coin off of it.
I'll buy one for the wow factor. |

From what I hear, you won't be gettin an FS-2000 in January unless you pre-ordered one in like 2004. I don't think they will be widely available until later in '06. |

I decided to pimp out my AR15 and put off buying an F2000 until later. The next thing I'm doing is sending my AR15 off for a gas piston conversion.

I can work on my Ar. Do anything to it as it is so simple. PArt are cheap alo. As a side note. I have 5 AR's. I would like the FN as a novelty, if it is not more than $1500.

not sure, probably not as the magwell seems like it is deeper on the FN. but if for some reason it doesnt I'm sure there will be a feed tower made within a year |
