Hoplite, Go to Sears and buy a decent one(you may need 2) Dont buy the shitty cheap ones with the scale....get one that "clicks" free when you reach the exact torque you set it at. -HS

For gunsmithing work, use an inch-pound torque wrench, not ft-lbs as it cannot go low enough. Scope ring screws 15 in-lb, grip screws 15 in-lb, action screws 65 in-lb.
