Shit... I'm athiest and I thought it was insulting. The implication being that you bible thumpers are too stupid to think on your own and just believe anything you hear at church. Time on Earth is different from Time in Heaven. If you understand that then you can see that it took 7 days for God to Create the Earth with his Son, Jesus The Christ. 7 of his days could = millions of years. |

The irony of it, is that most of the black vote does too, but he wouldn't dare bring that up in a similar context. In looking at this from the outside, believing that the Earth was created in 7 days, is no more silly than the belief in a soul. Just because the former sounds strange in the modern era, and the latter is a comforting thought doesn't mean that the latter has any more credibility. Frankly, this IS a bust on you Christians, and you should be upset. |
