I had a wireless mouse, joystick and camera cord plugged into them and now they all the sudden stopped working. Can someone help me?

what operating system are you running?  

have you tried any new usb devices to see if they work?

are these the usb ports on the back of the system front? or are they plugged into a hub

did you by anychange flash the bios on your system?

do you have a cable or dsl modem plugged into one of these ports also?

Yes,still nothing

Joystick and mouse were in the back, camera cord was in the front

Nope, unless you are taking about the Ethernet port.

Go to device manager.  plug in all the usb devices you have and see if there are any yellow explanation marks that come up under USB controllers.  

do you have SP2 installed (service pack 2)  what name brand system is this.  can you list a model number?

did you reformat in the past couple days....

If you did you need to UPDATE WINDOWS!

USB ports wont work unless your running a sevice pack...
