Couldn't quite tell from looking at it until it appeared.

I rolled over 200000 miles today.  Still runs like a top, starts every time, quiet, all the power I need to haul a four horse slant loaded down, etc.

I have thought about getting a newer one, but on one hand I am intereted to see how long the drive train will last (Mobil One FTW), and it is kindof neat that it is still in such good shape, and on the other hand every time I look at the price of a new one like it (50K!!) I think of all the guns and ammo that could buy and get my priorities straight.

Oh, and '99 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab, for those interested.

What engine?  4wd?  Out of all car companies, Chrysler is pretty far down on my list.

I have a 2000 GMC that has 164,000 on it now.

Runs just fine and still hauls a ton of firewood with no problems.

I own my second one of those (the one I have now is my loaner car).  They sure keep on ticking!

The first one I had was given to me because my relative was sure it was about to die, simply because it had 138K on it.  I drove that sucker for years until I started my own business.

My 94 Firebird 3.4 had 24992x when I pulled in the driveway. It will be 250K by Sunday. Never had  the valve covers or oilpan off. Matter of fact changed the original starter at 198K. Looking through the log book it is on its second alternator, 5th set of brakes, second set of u-joints.

My '02 Nissan Frontier crew cab has 155K and has never been in the shop except a timing belt change. I have driven it hard, and hope to keep on driving it for at least another 100k.
