Someone had a walmart thread on here about a week ago. None of the ones near here have that model, which I would love as a cat killer, but they do have the 30.06 Howa for 250...

Pick me up one please.

No.

Wait.

Buy it. I know you will.

Then you will sell it to Greg.

Then he'll trade it back to you.

Then you sell it to me.

You'll realize it was a mistake to sell it.

Then you'll have something else I want, then I'll trade it back to you with the cash to even it out.

Or just get two.

No such luck in mid Michigan, only synthetic stocked ones at 99.96.  Jeff

I guess if you want/need a single-shot .22....

But if just for the "it's only $50" idea, I would much rather spend $75 on a Mosin or even spend the $50 on a few more AR mags.

But don't listen to me; since I got into ARs, more of my credit card bills are rifle accessories and parts than gas or clothing! hock.gif

Tell'em you were in a WalMart in NY and they had them marked down, and they should still match the price after verifying it with NY WM.

Why? they offer "american made"  not! but they say they do, or did we forget? they stiffle competition. When walmart moves in they close down all the mom and pops by undercutting in a big way, by being a big corperation they can lower prices on 1 store and take a loss there. M and P's can't do that.
These mom and pops are the ones that support the churches, the ball teams our communities and OUR ARMED FORCES.
Does walmart?

the ole' mom and pop argument. tell mom and pop to work harder and build a more loyal customer base. anyways, any little hamlet where m and p stores can make SIGNIFICANT contributions to churches, ball teams, and our armed forces aren't in danger of a wal-mart coming to town.

That is B.S. I've seen it happen 3 times now to those little towns
Do you honestly think that walmart will ever stop expanding-- get real!
Thats part of business- squash the competition, sell more, make more money.
I just happen to dislike this policy. So I say Piss on walmart

Yeah after reading this the other day in another thread I go to our local Wal Mart and inquire about the 250.00 Weatherby's. the guy says, "you aint gonna like it" we had 10 the other day, sold em all in 2 days, but we do got a new shipment in for 388.00" Now that just sucks, needless to say I didnt buy one. Congrats to those that did
