This is as much of a diet thread as it is an exercise thread.
So far, one friend came into town with a dozen bagels fresh from NYC. Two of those ruined my diet for today, and tomorrow may be worse. However . . .
Thankfully my brother is into running so we will go for three or four miles tomorrow, which counts as family time and workout time.
And then I decided to treat myself to a mountain bike ride Friday night (I dont get to often) and then maybe Saturday as well.
Any other ways in which you won't be totally bombing your diet and routine this weekend?
