She shot a Glock 19, didnt like it.

She shot a Glock 21.

she said its the most pleasant.

I had her shoot a Glock 43 to be sure.

she still prefers shooting a .45

Have her try a Glock 30 and make it either a Glock 21 or a 30 . It is not hard really

No pics?   And she won't like a small CCW .45.  G21 is a full size pleasure to shoot.

Why not, if she can handle the recoil.

Probably a good option but it won't be as nice as shooting the G21 because physics.

SA micro compact 1911( super spendy but super cool ) or maybe check out the M&P Shield in .45acp.

SIG 320 Carry is available in .45. I would recommend a commander length 1911. Would have her try it first though. Recoil could be a bit much.

I think the M&P's across the board are engineered for some of the lightest recoil.

I'd honestly look at the Shield in .45. Especially with the sale price and the rebate they're at right now.

I have several 45's and my G30 is by far the smoothest shooting of the bunch.

And it conceals very Well.

Both the SIG 320 and 250 are available in compact and sub compact.
I carry the 250 subcompact, with full size mags for reloads. The 250 can be converted to other calibers, for some reason the 320 cannot.

Agreed.  Same size package as a Glock 19.

I have a Sig C3 and love it.  Comes with a checkered front strap and alloy frame.  Because of the lighter frame it is a little snappy but not bad. The checkering really helps.  It's very comfortable in a quality holster.  Modem Officers ACP mags are seven rounds plus one in the chamber.  That matches the capacity of full sized USGI 1911s.

My 20's slide is thicker than my 320's slide .45.

I'm going to agree with the G30, or maybe a Shield in .45 if she shoots one and it fits her better. If y'all were in Missouri, where OC is GTG and the weather is amenable to tossing a light jacket over your weapon more than one month out of the year, I'd advise a Commander- or Officer's-length 1911. Once you get into short-barrel 1911s, the slide velocity ramps up and getting the springs and everything tuned for 99%+ reliability without the thing beating itself to death is difficult. 1911s are my favorite pistol bar none, but they are not ideal for all applications.

CZ 97 probably too big, especially in the grip but not unpleasant to shoot.  I sold my 2nd generation Glock 23 after getting a .40 RAMI and the 97.  Both more pleasant to shoot.  Several people in the family like the Shields but I haven't shot to compare them.  Killer pricing these days, certainly worth a try.
