So it seems that the six wheeled car was being driven by two robbery suspects.  Driver kicks his buddy out of the car.  Cops arrive on scene, one with a patrol rifle, and arrest the passenger and put him in the squad car (guy in the back of the car).  Driver resists arrest and gets tasered... that's the blue dots around the suspect in the lower right corner - "electricity stuff from the taser"

I had massive lulz when he explained to me what this picture meant.  How/why does a six year old kid know about tasers?  What's next, coloring pictures of the police shooting someone's dog?
