Hmmm....you could have some fun at Toads expense.
Have some T-shirts made up with the CavArms logo on the back. Send your brother-in-law (or anybody not employed by CavArms) in to shoot or shop. When in there and set up to shoot, he takes off his jacket to reveal that most feared logo. What are they going to do? Kick him out? Let him make noise to get other patrons attention. Then send in an army of people so dressed. What will Toad do? Make everybody remove their jackets at the door? hehehehe [}:D] [}:D] [}:D] [}:D] [}:D] |

In his own words, he stated that one of my guns isn't welcome, and a handful of my friends aren't welcome, so it only seems reasonable to conclude that neither I nor any of my other friends would be welcome there either. The way I see it, the only thing he has to offer that I can't get by going shooting with groups of friends is a bad attitude. How will I ever survive? [:D]

Or maybe it's best if I don't know. I have only heard/read good things about Cavalry Arms, so it is easy to choose sides here. GO, it is a safe bet you two won't be swapping any spit any time soon. Cav Arms and its employees don't constitute a protected class under the constitution. Additionally, Toad's place is a privately run establishment (I assume) thus there is no state action. The granting of a license alone, by the state, to a discriminatory entity most likely will not constitute state action. As such, I suggest you revert to the T-shirt attack. Try to get the local media involved and have a "blast." |
