I'm sorry to hear of your daughter's illness. Nothing worries a parent more than when their child is hurt or sick. I hope she gets to feeling better soon!

I'm sorry to hear your daughter is sick.  Just keep a close watch on her until it is over because of the threat of pneumonia.  It sounds like what my granddaughter had for about 10 days and now I have had it for a week.

Ufh, sick kids.
Time to trade 'em in!
I hope she gets better quick!  Over the holiday break I was home sick for a long time. It was no fun, and I still have an annoying cough today.
With any luck she'll be better soon.

Yikes, that's no fun...hope she's feeling better soon.

Last year I nearly got pneumonia, and ended up with a nasty sinus infection. Hadn't felt that crappy in years.

Prayers sent. I have a three year old that went thru this... It is the reason we quit playing at inside playgrounds. Bug factories they are...

11 days now that she's had a high temperature, cough, and runny nose.  Gloftoe's about to take her to the urgent care clinic.  She was ok enough to go to school today but between the time she came home she went from 100ish to 103.  She's had all manner of tests including CBC, flu, strep, and chest x-ray.  The only thing which was even a bit suspicious was an area on her x-ray which the doc said could turn into pneumonia.

Oh, and last week 8 out of the 20 students in her class were out sick, plus the teacher.

Everyone in South Texas has the same thing. The Dr. told me that if the effects of this bug were more harmful it would be a all out health emergency.

Must get immune system up are she will become reinfected. Zinc. Vit C, Chicken Soup, Chloroseptic throat spray for Strep.
