My place of employment is closed but somebody has to watch the place.
So I get 12 hours of holiday pay + 3rd shift differential. Before hand, I'll sit in quiet contemplation at the Underground Railroad Museum for a few hours. |

In Virginia to day is Lee-Jackson day and Monday is MLK. So 4 day weekend for most state employees.

My job used to not get it off, ever since we got bought out we've gotten Monday and Presidents' Day off
. My buddies have to work though, so all depends where you work I guess.
