Two Middle Eastern men stand up on a commercial plane and shout "We have a bomb! We have a bomb" and clutch their backbacks. A third Middle Eastern man stands up and says "No they don't. Don't believe them!" All three sit down as two Air Marshalls rise.

One Marshall notifies the pilot of a bomb on board who then begins a steep decline and the other Marshall comes over to the men. As one Marshall gets closer commanding them to not move, one of the men starts frantically opening his backback to remove an boxlike object.

The Air Marshalls draw their weapons as the other Mideastern man shouts "We have guns too!" and reaches for his backback. The Marshalls, unsteadied by the rapidly descending plane, shoot the men several times but also critically damage the plane which causes it to crash. Many are killed in the crash but some survive including the third Middle Eastern man.

Later it turns out the two men had no bombs nor guns but were simply crazy. The third Middle Eastern says "See, I was right! There was no bomb. The Air Marshals were LYING when they reported a bomb to the pilot and THEY are responsible for the deaths of everyone killed in the crash".

The Air Marshalls are arrested, tried and convicted in Federal Court for multiple manslaughter, reporting a false bomb claim and causing the crash of a commercial airliner.

Of course Micheal Moore is the prosecutor, Ted Kennedy is the judge and CBS, CNN, NY Times and the rest of the media are the jury.
