I belive Guam only gets to send one delegate to Washington DC which doesn't vote in either the Senate or HR. To point out the hypocracy of the demorats, I've never heard them talk about Guam during the discussions of disenfranchised voters. Where are the democrats and why are they not sueing in US court? We have citizens on Guam that are "disenfranchised".
