After I carved the lamb and plated everything, I shuffled everyone into the other room. That's when I took my plate and beer for a photo op. Father in law saw me and gave me a look, but he was already buzzed anyway. Go ahead and add or deduct points based on how creative or pathetic that is. |

Get that Colt cut for Novaks. A 1911 shouldn't be sporting a beavertail and commander hammer and still have GI sight cuts.

Someone get What's-his-Name in here to see how clean a stove is supposed to be. |

11/10!
Edit: Aren't Greek people white? Or do you mean Swedish white, not European white? |

I love Greek food.
Fortunately, Baltimore has tons of good Greek restaurants. Port city and all that. |

9/10. Would have been a 10 if one of the rifles was a Greek-return Garand from CMP.

Very well put together. Excellent meal. Nice weapons. I loved the background with the grandfather. Thanks for that. Only thing to make it better is boobs. But we'll leave that for another day.

Nice choice on the beer Yeah, I really like it. Pickings were slim tonight. And yeah, that's Corona in there. Everyone needs donor beer when friends come over. http://i1138.photobucket.com/albums/n540/dirt28/IMAG1512.jpg I see you are a Franziskaner fan. Costco has a 24 pack for 22.99 right now, hell of a deal IMO. |

That's a 10/10. Good Job!
I smoked leg of lamb this past weekend for Father's Day. 4lb brined for 5 hours. Olive oil, simple rub, sit overnight. Smoked over apple wood at 225 for ~3.5-4hours until internal temp read 145. Most excellent and I'll be doing it soon again. |

10/10 Cook time and temp on the lamb? 450 for first 20 minutes...dial down to 325 for about an hour and a half. Roughly 20 minutes per pound.I think the last temp I took was about 140 to 150. |

I have never had lamb and probably won't, but the rest of the stuff looks delicious.
My aunt Cleo was from Greece. She made some yummy little white cookies with powdered sugar at Christmas time that were so good! Unfortunately when I was looking up some info about her online recently I found out that she is 90 years old and a big democrat who has not missed a vote to vote democrat since she was 21 years old. |
