Its been an amazing five years or so with all of you. In that time I've grown a lot... and no, not just out. I've made many great friends and learned so much... and my wallet hates you, but my safe loves you. I've been engaged and fortunately walked away before a disaster happened, and you were here to help through the tough times. I loved a woman who strangely meant more to me that my fiance, and lost her as well, and once again... you were there. We've celebrated victory with the passing of the AWB, and pulled together to help those of us still in "occupied territory" with a receiver swap that must really stick in the craw of the gun grabbers. Together, we are going to help deliver for more years for President Bush. Even if we don't always agree with him, damn it, in a time of need he showed a strength that this nation needed and still needs. There is one thing that has truly touched me this campaign season. While the Swifties made me feel proud about a chapter of our history that John Kerry and the liberals would wish to shame us with... that really didn't quite come close to this.

10,000 posts is a milestone. Or a gridstone, I ain't sure which one....
I am trying to think of things I have done 10,000 times. Lets see... Shot that much ammo (n the last two years), bought that many gallons of gasoline, bought and sold that many shares of stock, drank that many beers, kissed that many women (alright, thats a lie), eaten that many pototes, etc... BUT, I ain't never typed out 10000 messages on a message board... You have to be a record of some sort.

For my New Years Resolution I’m going to try and find out just how many Posts I do in just one year. I’m rapidly approaching 3,000 and I can only post 3 days a week. If I could post more often I’d be nearing the Half a Hun Club myself.
