I love Electronic music so my running MP3 is always loaded with such music. Mostly Benny Benassi and some other random good songs.
I realized running without music for more than 30 mins is torture, and that running with slow songs is boring too.
I only use the MP3 to run, not to lift weights...

PS: If you don't know who Benny Benassi is check this out, If you sort of like electronic you will love it now: Link

I'm too cheap to buy one of those things, besides I would just break it.

When I run, I like to hear the sound of the magazine moving around in the mag well, when my left foot hits the ground.

When I lift, I like to hear my own breathing, and the little voices in my head telling me that I can do it just push harder.  Other than that, I don't care what they play in the gym.
