Can ANYONE figure out for me what the music track is in "Bring it On" that is used for the routine that the hilarious choreographer ("Sparky Polastri") sells to the squad?

It's some kind of dance/techno/trance thing, but I cannot for the life of me find out what it is called, or where to find it.  It doesn't seem to be on the soundtrack, and even looking at the list of music on IMDB listed for the movie, I can't figure it out.

It seems like I've heard it a lot (in different places - like at sports events), but I'm totally stumped.

Does anyone know the answer?  Does anyone know what the hell I am talking about?

I think you care about this movie a little too much!  Remember, this is a cheer-ocracy!

Just teasing...

Pretty bad movie, but lots of nice chicky snacks and pretty fun in spots.

Sorry, no answer.

This may help: Go to amazom.com and listen to the samples on the soundtrack for the movie.

Looking at the reviews, most of the good music is missing, but they might have your song.

How would it even be possible to care "too much" about this movie?

The part with the happy fingers, yeah, I remember it.  I don't know the name of the song, but isn't it the one that starts out with, "You all ready for this...", then the music starts.

IMDB Soundtrack Listing for "Bring It On"

I've already tried to figure it out using that list, but can't.

I've listened to all of the tracks on the released CD (which for the record, I do NOT own), and it's not there - and I've tried going through the other songs that are not on the official soundtrack CD, but I can't find all of them.

Dammit - I can't tell on the version I recorded from TV, because it's all scrunched up.

I'd hate to have to BUY the DVD just to satisfy my curiosity (that is now like an itch I cannot scratch)

Well, then, you should have it narrowed down to a few. Obviously, you must watch the movie again. And again. And again. And again. And again.

Or, since you have co-eds at your disposal, just make it a homework assignment!

The credits are the same as what's listed on the IMDB page.

You may be onto something there!

You are correct of course, that eventually, I might figure it out that way.

But, after having already spent over an hour combing through stuff and coming up with butkus, I thought I'd check here and see if someone knew the answer before spending another potentially fruitless hour or two.

I wouldn't call spending a couple of hours watching a movie about cheerleaders "fruitless."

I believe it's "bupkis".

Good luck with the song.  Haven't seen the movie, I'm afraid I'd get sucked in just out of affinity for hot chicks in short skirts.

I know his scene was the best in that movie.   I was "forced" to watch that movie several  several times.  Ex was a cheerleader and loved that movie.

best quote from him

I... am a choreographer. It's what I do. You... are cheerleaders. Cheerleaders are dancers who have gone retarded. What you do is a tiny, pathetic subset of dancing. I will attempt to transform your stiff, robotic routines into poetry written with the human body. Follow me or perish, sweater-monkeys.

that and

Because! In cheerleading we throw people into the air. And fat people don't go as high

Update (for no particular reason):

According to itunes, I have now listened to this song (mostly the 5+ minute variation of it) over 50 times this evening, and still counting.

Holy crap it rocks.     (... or, possibly I am insane ).

If you like the cheerleaders so much in Bring it On,  watch Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders on CMT one time.  It a tryout camp for the DCC,  lets just say there is alot of bending and stretching going on and the Camera man is definatly a guy
