I used to work in the IS dept at a hospital. It merged with a second hospital. We switched the other hospital over to our computer system. After the first week almost everyone had it figured out.
But for the next three months almost half off all user problems were caused by the same woman. Literally one person made as many errors as the other 150 users of the system. So I figure she was 150 times dumber than the rest. |
