Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Mozilla Experts Need Help...Can't Save Mpeg or WMV files.

Just upgraded from Win98SE to WinXP.

Now that I reinstalled Mozilla Firebird I can't save >wav or .Mpeg files.

Used to be I clicked on a link and got a "Save to disk" option. And in IE I can "Save Target As."

Now when I click on a link it launched my default media player and there is no option to save to disk.

How do I save these files now?

GO to TOOLS / Options, and then downloads.

At the top, check "Ask Me where to save file"



ETA, or you can right click and "Save Link As"
