I have an older wireless Logitech mouse, the kind with a wheel in the middle and a "back" button.

It has always been a reliable mouse until I recently ran a Microsoft update (the kind that just pops up on your computer every now and again).

Anyway, the wheel doesn't work anymore for paging up and down without moving the cursor.

Any help would be appreciated since it still works good otherwise.

TIA!

Have you updated the driver?

We had one with SetPoint 4.x. Turns out we missed version 5 completely, and Version 6.x was available on the web.

Might try that.
