Kaman K-max. DOH! Beat me to it. Very interesting bird. One seat, one hook, one job. The rotors intermesh from the center and will make you dizzy watching it spin up.

Kaman KMAX as others have said.

Proud former employee of Kaman! (Fuckers laid me off..)

I never worked on the KMAX, just the SH-2G headed for Aussie Land.
The KMAX is a workhorse. Used in logging and heavy lifting applications...

I almost went broke doing a helicopter logging job though the company I used used a skycrane. Fun as hell to watch but on a large tract is is a logistical nightmare. It is great thing to use though when you are talking about big valueable timber, extreme slopes or an island property without any feasible access.

Up near my brother-in-laws place they are using a Columbia Helicopters Boeing/Vertol 107-II (H-46 Seaknight) for logging on the mountain sides.

Just drove back to So Carolina with my boy a few weeks ago. I-40 was pretty scenic, especially if you like desert. Gets pretty boring once you leave Albuquerque. Old 66 is a nice ride also east of Kingman. I'ld stay on 40 till you get to Kingman. From Amarillo we dropped down to Dallas-Ft. Worth and then 20 on into Carolinas as we wanted to spend some time in Vicksburg.

Anybody remember this one?

Nice Yammy dude, I ride an R1 myself but dig the FZ. That seat looks mighty comfy compared to mine, after about 400 miles I'm done for.

Get some proper chain lube. Serial. Regular lubricants just get flung off the chain while chain lube is like gorrilla snot and sticks. No matter what anyone says, o-ring chains need proper lube.
