This is really amazing. A few years ago, the Afghans were our allies, and the Russians were the enemy. Now the Russians are our friends and the Afghan are our enemies.

I'm sure they want this almost as bad as we do. Plus we could use some advise from there 10 years of war. It will show a united front, and will increase the ass whooping while spreading the responsibility. I just hope they aren't still upset about us supplying the Afgans during their war with them... |

I think they genuinely want to let bygones be bygones. Especially since we want to decimate a country they're not too happy with. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" and all. Back when they were fighting, if Russia nuked Afghanistan, we would have been upset to say the least. Nowadays, it looks like we both agree on the F'em doctrine.

Rather use them than from Pakistan - The Terrorist Nation we seem to help even when they have people that work against us. Don't trust Pakistan. [:X*]
