i read about a program in pop sci which allowed you to rip and download music and vids which usually only let you view or stream.

If you use Firefox here is an add on that will let you rip any sound track to a mp3 file.

I know the music in that film is supposed to be corny, but sometimes it gives me chills up the spine, like a John Williams or Hans Zimmer musical score.

My buddy and I are going to be making a movie about some apocalyptic Elmo-army taking over MI, and this will be a good song for the beginning of the movie :) |

I use www.kickyoutube.com sometimes.
Visit the site, use their search function to find your video. At the top of the page is a bar where you select the type of download you want: MP4, MP3, etc. Press the "Go" button on the right side of the bar to convert. Now on the "Down" button right click and save to your computer. -BD- |

Once I read the instructions found here I can download that file from youtube directly as a .mp4 file. I've been using WinFF to convert .mp4 to .mp3 file. Source: http://winff.org/html_new/ |
