I've seen the show and it IS a Porsche. But it's a 944[%|] and not a 911[:D].
I prefer a 959 myself[}:D]. |

I like the show, although the Mustang into a 100mph lawnmower wasn't too cool. It's fun to watch them fuss, fight, and bend steel into a kick ass piece of equipment. The paintjobs are pretty slick too. Besides that, if I ever drove my truck onto the golf course like he did that porshe I'd never make it out alive! At least I got to watch someone do it. (kinda like porn).

I too thought that was a horrible waste of a fine automobile. If they wanted to convert a car to pick up golf balls I would have traded them my Geo Metro!

Yup...it was a Porche. The team rec'd all kinds of free Porche golf gear at the end of the show. I'm sure all of these "gear heads" play as much golf as most of us! LOL!

I don't care what anyone says, a 944 is not a Porsche. It's a knockoff, like the SW99 is not a Walther.
