I see a whole lot of Star Wars dupe threads and none with locks on them... hope you guys are this lenient when the next big zombie movie (Land of the Dead) hits theaters.

I figured the Star Wars Discussion (Episode III Trailers, Spoilers, Speculation & General Geekiness) thread was pretty much all encompassing and pretty well spelled out that any other thread would be considered a dupe.

Hey, as long as it runs it's course faster than a Clean Cut thread...

Unless clicking on different threads makes the movie turn out differently and confuses people, then there is a social welfare issue at stake.

The lingering stench of a dead woodchuck under the porch runs its course faster than a Clean_Cut thread and is less aggravating to boot.

I thought it was a bandwidth issue... staff always seems to be bitching about how precious bandwidth is...  whatever... keep your damned dupes then.

I prefer to have all my eggs in one basket... but I guess that's me.

Apparently thread duping becomes an issue by some of the mods standards...

We had a MAJOR issue today with folks spamming the board with this garbage. At one time i counted 16 active bread threads on page one. this disrupts the board, wastes bandwidth and is a MAJOR COC violation.

2 members had had accounts locked and a 3rd may be coming because of this.

PLEASE knock off the crap. We are asking nicely.

8.) Posting repeat topics with similar or slightly varying titles. While it may seem to be funny, the "spamming" of the community in this manner results in problems for users and management. (Multiple topics on important issues or discussions are acceptable, this only applies to topics which waste resources for no other reason except personal enjoyment or humor.)
