Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell told reporters on Tuesday that it is "highly likely" the Senate Intelligence Committee will investigate former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn for his dealings with Russia and comments to President-elect Mike Pence.

"The Intelligence Committee is already looking at Russian involvement in our election. Sen. Blunt has indicated that it's highly likely they'd want to take a look at this episode as well," he said. McConnell also noted that the committee has the power to "look at whatever they choose to."

They can't investigate the leakers, or the Obama administration because the spying happened under that administration likely at Obama's behest no they are going to investigate Flynn instead.

Oh wait I forgot the Left has full immunity of law and the Right must be crucified if there is even a remote possibility of wrong doing.

I know McTurtle is generally an asshole, but I think he is just saying this for now with full knowledge that this whole thing will be forgotten in a few weeks. There will certainly be no charges - Flynn committed no crime, bad judgment is not against the law.

Either way, Trump won't look back he'll just keep moving forward to MAGA.

Meh...I am pretty much ok with this. Flynn screwed up. How bad remains to be seen, I will wait on facts. One fact I do know is he is a Democrat, regardless of being a Trump supporter.

People need to quit thinking with their feels. He was a bit of damaged goods to start with. I gave Trump the benefit of the doubt. He resigned because he knew he screwed up. If he had not screwed up, he would not have resigned.

LET 'EM INVESTIGATE, find out what they can. If he is really guilty put the screws to him.

Then secret NSA tapes will surface that has Flynn and Trump talking about it in a way that contradicts Trumps own statements and they immediately call for impeachment and Ryan, McCain and Graham will be agreeing 110%
