yes the flash hider would be his one allowed feature on a postban.
if he wanted to later add a pistol grip he would have to remove the flashhider. |

Yes a post ban weapon is allowed to have only 2 evil features, i.e. pistol grip, flash hider, bayonet lug, or detachable magazine before it is a violation of the law .

Incorrect. A post-ban semi-auto that accepts detachable mags can have ONE feature (the flash suppressor, in this case). Detachable mags aren't a feature, they are a qualification. If your semi-auto rifle doesn't accept detachable mags, it can have as many "evil features" as you like.
