Today while half listening to the radio I heard a reference to a LE bust of a militia group, and comments on the amount of ammo they had. As I was working, I didn't get to hear all of it. Did anyone else hear of this and what are the details? fullclip

I seem to remember that I have more ammo then thay do, and I don't belong to a milita.

Seems nowadays you only have to have a couple hundred rounds to have a "evil stockpile of ammunition."

It was in Ill. and they said they found bomb making material (gun powder more than likly) and 12000 rounds of ammo.

Dang. Is that the new threshhold? I'd better go use up some of my ammo tomorrow; I've got more than that just in .22LR.

Half the reloaders I know could get busted for that........that is the half that are poor and do not have adequate supplies

Even if they weren't, since when is it wrong to be in a militia anyway? Last time I checked, there was something in the 2nd ammendment about a militia being "neccessary". ...And 12,000 is not a lot of ammo either.
