I'd suggest banning savage urban scum of all races, creeds and colors. That seems to be the one common thread in all these "We Won!" and "We Lost" riots. I just don't see the connection between a good day for the home team and setting cars on fire. But then, I'm not a tenement-dwelling northerner or Californian.
