DOH! And you thought you were going to retire!

When I ordered 20 mags from DSA recently, I'd told the wife about the auction for 5 Pmags in wrappers that went for $515. She was like "let's make some money". Didn't have the heart to tell her that I had to intention of selling them.

Nice! I just listed a spare LPK I had kicking around. Interested on seeing how much that goes for. I bet there are a lot of lowers around that need to be built.

Lead article on drudge this morning was Feinbitch wanting to ban handguns.  I can see a rush on handguns happening so I preemptively bought a new M&P 45 for $480.  I wanted it anyway, this way I'm good to go.

I love how when they sell out, the price of the item goes back to regular prices but when it's back in stock the price goes nuts. I thought you were joking but I just went there. I have a bunch of Colt surplus 30 rounders.....I'm rich

Unless you have just hundreds of hundreds of extra mags and you want to sell hundreds of them I don't see the benefit of selling 5 mags for $100 profit.

$100 can be replaced easily, 5 30 round mags maybe not so much assuming things go pear shaped.

Seriously $100?

Think that's bad, I just saw a Russian Molot mag selling for the "reasonable price of $299 ea.  AIM was selling them for $45 ea. right before the election.

I was at a gun show the weekend after the shooting in Ct.

Some of the folks there had p-mags for 14. and 15. windowed or not.

So I says to myself, get some, or do i have enough?

Thought I had enough, I really don't spend enough time here.

Thats because we only turn it on when it is in stock.  We are getting shipments in daily...Sometimes multiple shipments...It comes in we turn it back online it sells out and we turn it off.

I love real time inventory.

I have seen this happen before from 1989 through 1994, From when Bush 1 banned imports of Non Sporting Firearms up through when the First AWB took effect.

Think you see panic now, Wait until the Kenyan starts pushing, Even if we win & it amounts to nothing, Prices & Sales of everything will keep going through the ceiling for fear of what sneaky underhanded tricks the evil trio (Kenyan/Holder/Feinstein) have up their sleeves!
God Save the Republic!!

That's what I'm banking on and have been "holding" for now.  I think we'll see a second peak of the market which will push prices even higher.  $1,500 for a Bushy is high but I can see 'em going higher than that once the Bill in introduced and we see movement on it.  Remember, supply has evaporated and now we're dependant on manufactures bringing product to market.

Also, AKs have risen in price lately too but still have potential for further upswing.  What is interesting is that FN FALs and the H&K series (or clones) haven't moved much.  This will change as we've seen before.  Prices didn't really go nuts until the '94 ban was signed.

I truly hope that I don't make a dime but plan on taking advantage of the opportunity if it presents itself.
