He took our money, walked us to the door with a smile, watched us drive away and then....... http://northeastshooters.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=27320 (cut and paste link)
Sounds like Zumbo part II! Ok, here's the readers digest version ;) Bass Pro finally opened its door a couple of weeks ago in Foxboro Mass. A local dealer, Northeast Traders in Attleboro MA got wind that Bass Pro was selling Springfield XD's and 3rd Gen Glocks. Mass "consumer protection" regulations are similar to CA. In a nutshell the AG can ban the sale of those pistol companies that are deemed "unsafe" by said AG's office. Ted, the owner of Northeast Traders called the AG's office and filed a complaint which led to BPS discontinuance of Springfield and Glock sales. As it turns out, he was also the person who complained about out of state ammo sales which contributed to bogus law suits and threats to be sued by the MA AG's office. A couple of companies got so fed up with the MA AG's office they will not even ship cleaning supplies, targets, or camping equipment for that matter! (Cabela's) (Think Bloomberg's out of state "stings"). If you read the hyperlink (thank you for that) it goes into more detail but needless to say his reasons for doing so were less altruistic and more monetarily based. In the end it was the law abiding gun owners/sportsmen of MA who suffered. Thanks Ted! |

Yet another reason to be proud I live in the Gunshine state!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

This hyperlink will make things alot easier for everyone. |

Ok, I read it and nowhere does it say who the "RAT" is. Care to clarify? I am curious who would do something like that.
If you dig a little bit it gets told on page 3. |
The "RAT" was identified as Ted at Northeast Trading Company; and, it was by his own admission, no less. |
Shit man, just spell it out for us arfcommers!!!! Answered above. Where is this place? |

Yup, good luck to him staying in Business. |

What a jackass. That greedy SON OF A BITCH! I see a closed sign on his door............... |
That is ridiculous, I see that as hanging himself on his own rope.
He actually has this posted on his website.
Happy to be in the "Uzi Triangle" myself... |
Maybe him and Bill Ruger can get together and start a family.
An ignorant attorney should not be involved in the sales of guns, they are way to complicated for someone with a negative educational background to understand.
An education in nonsense and bullshit that somebody just made up does not qualify one to deal with reality. In fact it disqualifies him or her. Massachusetts is the laughing stock of think people everywhere. |
It would appear he has been abducted by liberals, anal probed, and mind-scrambled.
Whataya gonna do? |
Am I the only one that finds all these absurd gun laws being passed in the birthplace of the American Revolution ironic?
Gloat why dont ya. Luck Alac |

I guess it's too hard to get customers by being more knowledgeable and by having better customer service.
Fuck him |
God I am so glad I live in a the free state of.....
Ahh crap I need to move |
Actually he used to be a great guy to do business with. Of course that was before he pulled this asinine stunt |
Heh, heh, someone informed me that my new favorite smiley face which I thought was sorta/kinda like Pancho Villa, is actually considered to be Clint Eastwood. That would be way different from the look of a wisened older Mexican gentleman, leaning back, smoking a cigar, and taking it all in. So which is it - Pancho ? Or Clint ? |
Needs a lil scar on its "face" to be Clint. |

I don't know if it's kosher to paste and email without the writers consent.
I got a lengthy reply and basically the owner states that what he did was "embelished". You guys think it's ok to post the email? If so, I'll cut and paste it... |
