Artur Moiseev, the 26-year-old son of a Moscow businessman Andizhan Moiseev, is believed to be the owner of the sports car and reportedly
behind the wheel of the Maserati. He had around 20 fines for speeding in
the course of the last two years.

I went to the place where the FHWA tests them (adjacent to the main CIA campus). The have a catapult and fire three different types of vehicles down it to test them (or at least they did years ago). We were there because they let us cut up some of the test vehicles. Fun times.

Not sure it was a traffic can the way it was positioned and seemed to be moving a bit, but could be wrong. Looks like a finger pop in bottom right at 26 seconds?
