Anyone know Mark and or his business?  No flame, just a little nerveous on a trade.  I traded a non-NFA weapon for a NFA weapon.  He sold my trade back in May and my FFL has not even recieved the Form 3 transfer on my NFA weapon.

He did tell me that the weapon had to be transfered to him from another dealer (Form 3) and then up to my guy.  That's two Form 3 transfers- should take just 60 days.  I have questioned him about it and he said this is a busy time of year for transfers- I am giving him the benefit of the doubt.  

Anyone know him?  Seems like a nice enough guy on the phone.

Don't know him personally but I have done business with him. (Marx Armory) Nothing Class III, but I bought a preban Bushmaster from him sight unseen via the internet.  The weapon was as good or better than described and he was prompt in shipping the rifle.  I'd buy from him and his company again.  Hope you have the same experience.

Last year it took 4 months for my M16 to go from an out of state dealer to my local dealer.  I found out one of the guys made a mistake on the form and that took more time.

I wouldn't be too worried, but make sure you keep in constant contact until it arrives in state.
