The firing was legit if she wasn't dressing professionally or was dressing provocatively. Some of the outfits she had in that slide show were definitely not professional attire.

They would in the workplaces I've been in. Note, I've worked at places that have required suits to places where wearing pants made you think you were dressed up.

Yup. Work for any large corporation / Top 500 company (except mine, they are all cows

) and you are surrounded by a constant ass-parade of 8.5's, 9's, and 10's who are very clever with outlining their assets with "office attire". I'm a leg guy, so it used to get BAD during skirt season when I worked in the city.

I have to say that this chick does have a stellar ass though. Not easy to maintain that when you have a job that includes sitting on your ass in an office, meeting room, airplane, etc, etc all day long.

I have also seen better, and yes I have been distracted by less. You cannot be a real man and admit that you are not on your best behavior when the hottie QA Analyst pops up in a meeting. I could also see how this would be a bigger distraction for all the ugly, mean, eggplant-shaped she-beasts that resent these chicks. Sometimes I wish they'd tone it down a bit as it is clear that they are trying very hard to be as hot as possible while having the plausible deniability of just dressing professional, but then again, I dress to impress when I need to at the office also, but it is to appear professional and prepared, rather than like a sexmachine.

However she is in Manhattan, where there are about 2 or 300,000 chicks just as hot or hotter than her within 10 miles.

This is a perfect example why a boss can say "Dang, you can't wear that sweater anymore" meaning it as a compliment more than a company policy.

I'd bet she was a shitty manager and they is why she got fired.
