Actually, the human body and all the thinks necessary for it to function are pretty amazing.
The deeper scientists look into individual cells, the more complex they become. Think of the hundreds (or thousands?) of chemicals, hormones, etc. that exist in relatively precise balances to keep things functioning. A complex design implies a Designer.
