Gotta be something close to that. And he pisses corn oil. I've watched the show a couple of times and it made me sick. I don't understand the appeal of watching a fat guy plow through a 10lb burrito or sitting there hogging nachos into his lard face. It's disgusting. I like to do it myself, though.

I like his prechallenge food stuff.  The challenges, especially the insanely hot ones, aren't that easy to watch.

Not to be Debbie Downer but I was watching a special with him or something and he said he works out everyday (hotel has to have a gym) and eats very healthy between episodes. He only eats like that on the days they film which is like 1-2 days a week.

I think he seems like a pretty cool guy. Would be fun to have some beer with him. Doesn't take himself seriously and looks the genuine nice guy.

IIRC, they had to put a stop to the gluttony challeges like the 72 oz steak dinners..

I saw something about a year ago where it said he died while eating in a hot dog contest. Apparently it was not true because he is still doing a show.

He never takes off that fuckin jacket, even when eating.  I think he has fat arms or something.  Love the show though.

He stopped doing the food challenges himself.  If you noticed, that Members Only jacket he wore was becoming a version of "Fat man in little coat" .

He said in an interview that even with working out, the massive amount of eating was taking it's toll.

Worse type of sensationalist hype bs television.
To each their own. But the theme is analogous to a 500 lb lardo eating 100 bags of pork rinds.

Wouldn't mind seeing him tied up and force fed bloated geese liver. Now that's amusing.

Man vs Food is one of the very few shows from the last 20 years that I enjoy watching.  Yeah he overdoes it at times on the amount of food on the challenges, but I think it's just as crazy to eat ten hot wings pulled straight from Satan's boiling starfish.

The first 2/3rds of the show are always a joy to watch as most of the foods shown are actually yummy looking (instead of the faggy crap that 99% of the other "foodies" show on TV).

I bet it would be immensely fun to hang out with Adam Richman.

And he's got one of the greatest jobs in the world....

Especially now that he mostly does the supervising/training thing and tells people how to beat challenges instead of doing them himself.
