PALM BAY (FL) –– A Brevard County man has been accused of coming up with an elaborate scheme to force a longtime friend to have sex with him.

According to police, Tony Green asked a woman to come pick him up so he could get his car from a repair shop, but when she showed up, he handcuffed her.

Police said the woman told them Green wanted to take nude pictures of her, then use those photos to blackmail her into having sex with him.

The woman eventually convinced Green to let her go, then called police.

Green is scheduled to be in court Wednesday.

Police: Kidnapping unravels sex-slave scheme in Palm Bay

It was a would-be sex slave plot that police say involved a man kidnapping his long-time friend, taking nude photos of her and then blackmailing her into weekly sexual trysts.

Palm Bay police say the plan fell apart after the handcuffed woman pleaded for 44-year-old Tony Green to let her leave his home Monday.

Police said Green lured the woman to his house Monday afternoon by asking her to give him a ride to pick up his vehicle at a repair shop.

When the woman showed up at his residence on Wyoming Drive SE, Green grabbed and handcuffed her right wrist and then told her he wanted to have sex, police said.

In the incident report, police stated the two struggled, and the victim kept her left arm out of reach of an additional handcuff.

The report also states that Green knocked the victim to the floor several times and repeated, "I got to have it." Once she realized he was referring to sex, police said she, in fear of her safety and to avoid being bound, told Green they could talk about sex.

Police said the victim spoke with Green for nearly two hours to try to calm him down.

At one point, police said Green moved closely, and the victim gave him a hug and told him she loved him like a brother. At that point, Green unlocked the handcuffs and released her.

“This man had been plotting this for several months,” said Detective Steve Hill of the Palm Bay Police Department.

“Had she not talked her way out of this we believe she may have ended up in some serious danger.”

Green, who bragged to detectives that sex with him would have been a “treat,” for the woman, remains held without bond at the Brevard County Detention Center today on charges of kidnapping, attempted sexual battery, aggravated stalking, battery and threats, officials report.

Police said Green also admitted to having used handcuffs on the victim, and said he taped cotton balls to the cuffs so that she would not bruise.

Green also said he had fleece-lined leather restraints and chains attached to a plank so that he could tie up the victim because he knew "she wouldn't pose for him." Green also said the plank was carpeted so the victim "wouldn't get splinters," police said.

According to police, Green called himself the victim's "stalker" and also told her that she shouldn't be alone with him anymore, and shouldn't worry about him doing anything like this "for sixteen more years," at which time the victim would be 54.

He could face as many as 30 years in prison if convicted on the kidnapping charge alone. Green goes before a judge today for a bond hearing this afternoon.
