Wonder what?

Mass suicide? Aliens?

Not a lot to wonder about terror tactics at work, a warning to those who fight the terrorist.

Fuck that shit, let's get back to the real massacre: Abu Ghraib.

So why were they unarmed?

Oh. I would think that ALL Iraqi soldiers even just recruits would be armed over there.

Why would they disarm them???

Malmedy is a bad analogy. This was a terrorist / Baathist strike, not the murder of prisoners taken in a stand-up fight between uniformed armies (nominally) acting under the rules of land warfare.

Been all over the news here.

International enough for ya?

He asked, "Where's the OUTRAGE?"

It's in the news here, too, but the outrage is totally absent. They're playing it as another example of bad things happening in Iraq and of why we should not be there.

The french shot Nazi collaborators.

VC shot vietnamese.

Even the wolverines shot the russkie collaborator.

This is the way of things.

Whether the occupation is right or wrong isn't the point, this is to be expected.

Outrage? this is not even a surprise, it sucks. It's war.

Those guys should have never been unarmed. Even if those guys had just had a concealed side-arm I doubt this would've happened.

Must be something the US setup, no soldiers with weapons and ammo. from what I have heard about most iraqis is they carry weapons to most places.
